“The pork fried (half moon) and beef sanji (round) dumplings are excellent! I especially like the seasoning of the pork dumplings, including the scallions. There is a “crust” that forms with the pan-frying of the dumplings, but don’t let their appearance fool you– these are amazing. I believe that the beef lo mein could use more umami flavor and note that this style isn’t “beery” like some other lo mein out there, if that’s what you’re into. The sauce of the general tsos is very good, especially ordered as extra spicy as shown here. There is more breading on the chicken than preferred and many of the smaller pieces were unfortunately pure breading. The portions were very generous, leaving plenty for leftovers. Not pictured is the matcha strawberry drink, which I really liked. Be sure to specify if you want pearls in your drink as it didn’t automatically come with it and I forgot to request it.

“Holy smokes. I’ve missed fuki ever since it left, but this place knocks it out of the park. The dumplings are fried/steamed to perfection. This is by far one of my new favorite spots for a date night. I’d hire a baby sitter for $100 an hour just to eat here. The lady who served us was very kind and checked on us when needed.
